About Lauren

Lauren joined Oak in 2025 as a senior compliance professional with over 12 years of cross-jurisdictional experience spanning Guernsey, BVI, Cayman Islands, Jersey, UK and Hong Kong. 
 
She is a qualified attorney and holds ICA certifications, with proven expertise in AML/CFT/ CPF strategy, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks with a successful track record in regulatory engagements including GFSC and Moneyval inspections.
 
Outside of Work

Lauren is happiest when she is in nature. During the summer she can be found on the beach with her son either attempting to get beyond her knees in the freezing Guernsey water, or soaking up the sun. She also loves travel and has had the privilege of exploring various parts of the world with a backpack over her shoulder.
